It really does seem like Martha Stewart can do anything she decides to—bake, clean, landscape, farm, decorate, host, handle jail with absolute grace, and even do a cooking show with Snoop. Seriously, at EMT, we give mad props to M. Diddy, which happens to be a nickname Martha earned in prison—can you say impressive?
When we heard about Martha Stewart’s CBD products, we were all ears and eyes, perfectly ready to be shocked and amazed yet again. In all honesty, we were a little disappointed by the new branded CBD line. Maybe our expectations were hard to meet because, well… this is Martha Stewart we’re talking about.

A Quick Overview of Martha Stewart CBD Gummies, CBD Oil and Other Products
Essentially, the new CBD product line consists of branded gummies, Martha Stewart soft gels, and Martha Stewart CBD oil. The brand also just launched CBD for pets. Martha set out with the intention of creating an innovative collection of CBD products that combined gourmet flavors and the absolute safest CBD. On her website during the release, Martha stated that she wanted to create the most delicious products by using flavor profiles from her own gardens, greenhouses, and recipes.
What We Like
So, while we’re not the biggest fans of Martha Stewart CBD, we do have a few attributes that we like. For one, the line offers a nice selection of options in the power trio of CBD products: edibles, gummies, and capsules. There are several options to pick from in each category, which is nice if you are looking for certain potency levels or product sizes.
Hands-down, our favorite thing about Martha’s CBD is the flavor options. In gummies alone, you have access to a ton of different flavors like:
- Rhubarb
- Passion fruit
- Persian lime
- Black currant
- Quince
- Kumquat
- Huckleberry
So, as you can see, this is a pretty impressive lineup. We like that.
Lastly, we admire the product packaging of Martha Stewart CBD. It’s simple and absolutely true to what you would expect from the proper lady herself.
What We Don’t Like
OK, this is where we have to get down to the real impressions of Martha’s new CBD line. It’s tough to throw any level of shade at this icon, but several aspects of her CBD line are left wanting.
- No Entourage Effect – All CBD Isolate Products – All products Martha provides are created with only CBD isolate, which means there’s no chance of experiencing the entourage effect or the synergistic qualities of combined cannabinoids.
- No Background Details on the Hemp Itself – Martha tells us the hemp is “100% natural hemp,” which doesn’t express where the hemp is grown, what the growing practices looked like, whether the hemp was grown organically, or what extraction processes were used.
- Beneficial Hemp Compounds Replaced by “Natural Flavors” and Stevia Extract – The terpenes in hemp have so much flavor quality and so many synergistic benefits to offer—these have been stripped out of Martha Stewart CBD and replaced with alternative flavoring agents and stevia.
A Final Word on Martha Stewart CBD
We still think the Queen of Cookies is great, but her CBD line could honestly have been a little better.
